Ana Oliveira

Ana founded Top Team more than a decade ago when she was pregnant with her first daughter. While she began with a cleaning business, Ana was inspired by her own life experience to expand into home organization. 

“I’ve had phases in my life where I struggled with wearing multiple hats and balancing responsibilities successfully,” she says. “As a wife, mom, business owner and friend, I knew that I could increase the quality of my life with better time management strategies. I was able to share the skills and systems that worked for me with my cleaning clients….and the home organization wing of my business was born!”

Ana derives great pleasure helping her clients restore peacefulness and order to their busy lives. “Watching them fall in love with their homes again, and have a space where their families can enjoy life and thrive, is the best testimonial I’ll ever get,” she says.  

Along with helping her clients generally grow more organized and productive, Ana has a special passion for one space in the house: the pantry. “No matter their size or shape, pantries are one of the most used and abused rooms in any home,” she says. “Everyone uses that space—kids, adults, visitors—and bringing a system to facilitate efficiency in the pantry is what gets me up in the morning for sure!”

Ana loves forming lasting connections with her clients and finds they return to her over time for multiple projects. “I have built a reputation for being flexible and making the process as easy as possible,” she adds. “I work around my clients’ busy schedules and embrace every project with enthusiasm. I want everyone involved to enjoy it!
